United Infrared, Inc. (UI) announces that it will be participating in the 2011 Tournament of Roses parade along with Tommie Turvey. The annual event will be held on January 1st, 2011 in Pasadena, California. UI will be traveling in the Cinderella carriage and will be accompanying the newest EquineIR™ Spokesperson, Equine Extremist Tommie Turvey.

Tommie Turvey, professional stunt-man and horse trainer, is the newest spokesperson for EquineIR™ and recently filmed his first EquineIR™ commercial in which he explains how EquineIR™ thermal imaging is instrumental in ensuring the health of his horses. Tommy is considered the original Equine Extremist and will be displaying his horses at the parade. Strolling along beside him will be United Infrared traveling in the Cinderella carriage. The carriage will be occupied by Peter Hopkins, Vice President and Managing Partner of UI and his family.

The 122nd Rose Parade themed "Building Dreams, Friendships & Memories", will take place on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. (PST) featuring spirited marching bands from throughout the nation, majestic floral floats, and high-stepping equestrian units. The parade will be broadcast on ABC, Hallmark Channel, HGTV, KTLA (Tribune), NBC, RFD-TV and Univision. The Parade is also seen in more than 200 international territories and countries.
